Police Story is indeed amazing. However, I think my favorite is Wheels on Meals.

By far my favorite work by Chan was Police Story. The stunts in some
of those sequences are insane and never will be attempted ever
again.

Jackie has all kinds of problems getting proper insurance
coverage for his productions, to the point where the stunt men who
work under him just trust him to front their (inevitable) hospital bills
when they get hurt.

I too am disappointed with his current offerings, but at least there are
some amusing scenes and light elements of physical comedy.
